After Part I participants will be able to design a meal plan for their unique style of eating and they will be able to create an inspired and realistic plan for healthy exercise. 

There are two major strategies for weight loss: carb restriction and calorie restriction. Find out which style will work best for you!

For carb restriction then a low carb or ketogenic diet style of eating is appropriate. For those that need to focus on calories to lose weight then the fastest way to do this is to get tons of vegetables and good amounts of fiber. In this case smoothies for weight loss are great!

A good exercise plan takes into account healthy muscle building and cardio. But the best plan in the world is useless without inspiration! Find your inspiration and you will WANT to work out!

In Part II we will cover 2 major common blocking factors to weight loss: stress and hormonal imbalances.
