In this dynamic and engaging half-day workshop you will acquire real skills that will help you address these types of pre-menopausal and menopausal issues. The main focus will be on weight loss and maintenance. My goal is to help women be as fabulous as they can in their 40s so that they can coast through menopause and into their 50s with more ease.

At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

-Design a detailed meal plan and shopping list that suits their dietary style

-Create a supplement program for maintenance and healing

-Develop a strategy for balancing hormones that matches their specific needs

-Plan an exercise program that is appealing and realistic

-Implement specific practices for dealing with stress

This workshop is led by Jill Cruz, MS in Human Nutrition and Certified Nutrition Specialist.  Jill specializes in highly individualized diets with a functional nutrition approach.

She is passionate about helping people incorporate healthy choices into their daily lives that are also convenient and doable.  She is a mother of two and is on a mission to be fabulous herself in her 40s to prepare for the fantastic 50s!
